WOCA Neutral Oil Invisible/Transparent

Neutral Oil Invisible gives oak a raw, untreated look. Yet WOCA Neutral Oil also protects the wood from water and dirt and may be used as a basic treatment or for after care of previously oiled wood.

We recommend only using WOCA Neutral Oil on oak. To get a similarly untreated look on other woods, we recommend using Basic Soap or Woca Natural Soap as a basic treatment.

WOCA Neutral Oil Invisible has been tested and is recommended by the Institute of Building Biology in Rosenheim, Germany. This product is water-based and therefore solvent-free.

Woca Neutral Oil Invisible

Application
Use WOCA Neutral Oil as a basic treatment for protected surfaces with an untreated look, and finish and maintain with WOCA Neutral Oil Care.

Use WOCA Neutral Oil as the basic treatment. Allow to dry for 3-4 hours, then finish by applying a thin coat of Woca Neutral Oil Care. After laying down the one-time finish, allow to cure for 10 days and then wash with WOCA Natural Soap. Please pay attention to the instructions for applying each of these products contained in the PDFs below.

WOCA Neutral Oil Invisible should be applied using a floor polisher-professional. We recommend having a wood moisture content of 12% or less and humidity of 40-60%. The temperature of the product, the room, and the floor should be between 15° and 30° Celsius. Make sure to allow for proper ventilation during the application process and drying period. Coverage: WOCA Neutral Oil 8-12 m2/L, WOCA Neutral Oil Care 30-40 m2/L (depending on type of wood and surface structure). Clean the bare wood with WOCA Wood Cleaner beforehand and allow to dry for at least 3 hours. The floor may be stepped on with caution on the following day and will fully cure in one week. Change out the beige pad regularly during the application process.
